Clearview Township is gearing up for the 4th annual Small Halls Festival!  Running from September 28th through October 1st. Each Small Hall event captures the essence of rural, small town living.  Come on out and experience the charm of Clearview while enjoying a lively mix of music, art exhibits, culinary events, comedy, dance and so much more!  The Small Halls Festival is a proud recipient of the Top 100 Award from Festival and Events and Ontario.


All Brentwood events take place at the Brentwood Community Centre – 9926 County Road 10

Friday September 29    6:00pm
Downhomers Dinner and Kitchen Party  – Enjoy a Downhomer’s Jiggs dinner and screeching in ceremony provided by Two Guys With Guitars. Please note: Ages 19+.

Saturday 30   6:00pm  (doors open at 5:00pm)
Country Concert Featuring Dan Davidson – Grab a seat under the stars to hear the music of this ACMA Award-winning country artist.  Draft beer tent and snack bar on site. Please note: Ages 19+.

Sunday October 1    9:00am
Back Roads Rally – Travel the back roads while visiting 4 of the 9 small halls to complete unique challenges and collect playing cards.  Prizes awarded for the best hand, worst hand and Queen of Hearts!.


All Creemore events take place at the Avening Community Centre – 3401 County Rd 42, Creemore

Friday September 29    8:00pm   (doors open at 7:00pm)
Jeremy Fisher – Bringing back the nearly forgotten art of making a great record from start to finish. Please note: this is an all ages/licensed event.

Saturday September 30     8:00pm   (doors open at 7:00pm)
NQ Arbuckle and Carolyn Mark – The Juno nominees perform their critically acclaimed music and have fun. Please note: this is an all ages/licensed event.


All Dunedin events take place at the Dunedin Community Centre – 8994 County Rd 9, Dunedin

Friday September 29    7:30pm
Euchre and Games Night – Tournament style cards, cash prizes, BYO Snacks. Please note: this is a licensed event.

Saturday September 30    2:30pm matinee and 8:00pm performances   (Doors open 30 minsprior)
One Good Marriage by Sean Reycraft – A vivid portrait of two ordinary people to whom an extraordinary event has occurred.  Blackly hilarious and deeply moving. This is an all ages event


All Duntroon events take place at Duntroon Hall – 9025 County Rd 91, Duntroon

Thursday September 28    7:00pm  (Doors open at 6:30pm)
Dan Needles Book Launch – The author and playwright launches his new book “True Confessions From The 9th Concession”. This is an all ages event

Sunday October 1    2:00pm
Terry O’Reilly – Renowned CBC Radio host of “The Age Of Persuasion”. Please note:  Advance tickets include 2 lunch tickets for “Taste Of The Township”

Yuk Yuk’s The Rib Tickler – Enjoy a roast beef dinner, music by DJ Lenny and entertainment, all with a country theme. Please note: Ages 19+

Saturday September 30    6:00pm
Yuk Yuk’s The Rib Tickler – Saturday’s version includes a roast pig dinner with all the fixings and music ranging from retro to classic rock. Please note: Ages 19+


All Singhampton events take place at t he Singhampton Community Centre – 6 Milltown Rd, Singhampton

4Wheel Farm Wine Tasting and Food Pairing – Join a sommelier for an intimate evening of samplings from this local winery paired with meats, cheeses and veggies. Please note: Ages 19+

Whiskey Nosing and Dinner – Tasty pairings, nosing notes, a complimentary gift and both silent and live auctions…ideal for the whiskey aficionado. Please note: Ages 19+


All Stayner events take place at the Stayner Community Centre – 269 Regina St, Stayner

Saturday September 30    12:30pm
Competitive Highland Dance Workshop – BATD Instructor and Judge Dawn Brennan Sutter will provide guidance on technique and performance. Open to all levels. Proper dance attire and shoes required. This is an all ages event

Saturday September 30    3:00pm  (Doors open at 2:30pm)
History of Highland Dance Tea and Performance – Hosted by The Dance Room’s Competitive Team and featuring traditional Scottish desserts, coffee and tea. This is an all ages event
