The New Collingwood Centre Shopping Plaza
Here is the site plan for the redeveloping mall, or should I say, shopping centre in Collingwood’s west end where the Zellers used to be. I had wondered what was going in that freestanding building on the west side and now we know. Carter’s Osh Kosh.
