Planners Part 5 – Township of Clearview – Tiffany Thompson, Assistant Planner

Del Zotto – Nottawa – 500 plus units
344 Single Family Detached + 278 condos, 30 Mixed use commercial units available
Cannot be built until servicing is available – perhaps a 5 year plan?
Alliance Development – Creemore – 500 total units – single family and multi. East side of town along Mary St.
Creemore Springs Brewery Expansion – significant – going to an OMB hearing in March/April 2012
Dancor in Stayner – 1100 units – single detached, multi, commercial
Ashton Meadows – southend off of Margaret St. in Stayner – 400 single family residences
Bridle Park Developments – 1181 units – single family residences and multis – North St. and west of High School.
MAQ & Walker Quarry – to OMB hearings and awaiting decisions
Wind Turbines – 8 for the Fairview project by WPD, 5 for the Skyway 124 Maple Valley project near the 6/7 and 9/10 Sideroads
