A Cross Canada Real Estate Check Up
On week-ends, I try to keep up with some of the more interesting Canadian bloggers so I have a sense of what’s happening in the rest of the country. Here is a summary of today’s cross country check-up:
Father and son team, Fraser and Stephen Winters in St. John’s, Newfoundland discuss Seven Reasons To Relocate To St. John’s . Incidentally, it was one of their posts that inspired me to write this post about something I already do.
In Montreal, Deyanira Bautista takes a look at the condo market forecasts for Montreal and Quebec City.
Fraser Beach in Toronto wrote an interesting post on How Long Should It Take To Sell? while Mark Argentino over in Mississauga talks about the tax deductibility of moving expenses. In beautiful Oakville, Hilary Shantz posts about the Halton Region being the safest area in the GTA.
Saskatoon has been one of the hottest markets in Canada and Norm Fisher does a great job of keeping readers informed of detailed market conditions as do Sara MacLennan and Sheldon Johnston over at the Edmonton Real Estate Blog.
In Calgary, Bob Truman admits that predicting anything is impossible anymore even though we all know how well Alberta has performed.
Hat’s off to Matt Collinge in Vancouver has done a stellar job of summarizing Vancouver real estate market conditions by pulling together a variety of opinions and sources.
It’s so fantastic to be able to get a sense of the country in less than an hour. I love the internet!
When it’s time to buy or sell real estate in the Collingwood, Blue Mountain or Georgian Triangle area, contact Marg, an experienced and competent Broker who’s ready whenever you are!
