Only a short walk to the Marina at Living Water and trail links to White’s Bay and the Georgian Bay Trail system. Just a 7 minute drive to Blue Mountain for all “green” summer activities and Northwinds beach at Craigleith.

This updated “chalet style” 2 bed, 2 bath condo has a private balcony overlooking a treed area in a quiet location. The condo is freshly painted with all new stainless steel appliances, including a new washer & dryer. There have been updates to the flooring as well. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom comes with a double. There is assigned parking.

The monthly rental rate includes utilities: Rogers basic cable & unlimited internet is approx. $150 per month (which is in addition to rental rate). There are 2 TVs, one in the primary bedroom and one in the Living Room. A BBQ can also be provided if requested. The Landlord will permit 1 small/medium sized dog. A 3 month rental is preferred (June 15- Sept. 15.), but they would consider a 2 month rental (July/August).
