New Development Planned in Blue Mountain: Georgian Gate
When you drive from Collingwood west up Mountain Road to Blue, you pass some older homes, the Mair Mills subdivison and lots of open farmland. Did you know that most of that farm land is sold and planned for future development? As the area continues to grow in leaps and bounds, change is the only thing that is certain.
Georgian Gate Limited is proposing a combination of 609 single family, detached and semi-detached homes on the north side of Mountain Road running from Osler Bluff Road tp to the new round-about on Grey 19. The subject lands abut La Scandinave Spa which is on the north east edge.
The Town will be holding a public meeting on April 4th to receive comments from the public in regard to the proposed development and full details can be found here.
