Your Rental Property May Be In Demand This Season
The other day, I got an email from a local property rental company that I found interesting. They said that rental demand is very high this year. I’ve also had a little birdie tell me that we have a lot of snow coming this winter. So, if you’ve been thinking of renting out your condo or chalet, this might be of interest to you.
The email said they are specifically in need of more “legacy” condo development property owners as a result of having done a higher number of winter seasonal rentals for this upcoming winter. Legacy units would include ones like Chateau Ridge, Cachet Crossing, Mountainwalk, Wintergreen, Sierra Lane, Rivergrass and Snowbridge. I’ve also spoken to others who have said the demand for chalets is slow to start this year so condos may be where it’s at.
They have demand for both short-term rentals and also seasonal rentals of all shapes and sizes. They also have a large number of prospective family tenants looking for seasonal rentals in and around Osler, Craigleith and the Peaks.
I imagine that all of the companies in the area that handle vacation rentals must be experiencing similar demand. If you are considering renting out your condo or chalet, shoot me an email and I would be pleased to connect you with the service that may be most appropriate to your particular needs.
