    I have worked with Emma Baker on a few occasions both selling and buying. Emma was very attentive to my needs and took... the time to learn about my family and any needs that my two girls would require now and in the future. Emma is very knowledgeable about the area we were looking at and truly was looking in our best interest and created a relationship that allowed a true trust between my family and Emma. When looking for a place to reside I needed to rely on emma to find a place that would be suitable for my dog that has had both knees surgically repaired. Emma took the time to know my dog and what she means to me and found a perfect place without taking time to see places that would not work. While I was selling my place Emma explained to me everything I needed to know to make an educated decision.     Sherry did a wonderful job for us selling our condo in Lighthouse Point Collingwood. She gave us needed feedback and... got the job done in a few days at over asking.
