We were referred to Craig Davies, after meeting him we knew he was our agent. He is knowledgeable of homes in the area, friendly and professional. After finding all our needs and wants, he lined up a number of places that fit the bill. We decided we liked a certain development and he waited and kept us in the loop til the perfect place came up for sale and we placed an offer. In addition, I was 4 months postpartum, and we were back and forth from Oakville to Muskoka without planted roots. Imagine...

He assisted us with looking at rentals, new builds, old homes, condos and bungalows, he was so patient as we discerned what would suit us the best.
