  • 3 Single Family residences sold for more than the asking price
  • 1 condo listing sold at the asking price, and 3 sold for more than the asking price
  • OF NOTE:  one Single Family residence sold for 126% of the asking price, or $105,100 over the list price.  This was a stately old home, close to downtown Collingwood, which was in need of some refreshing!

    Hi Marg,
    I hope all is well with you. Love, love your blog but I’m hoping you could please shed some light on something; After the number of units sold in each category, three numbers are featured in brackets- could you please shed some light on what the numbers in brackets represent ( I’m almost embarrassed to ask…)
